The Tool 

• This tool performs End-of-Line functional tests on the Anavasi AscencioDX Molecular Detector.  Upon passing, the serial number and manufacturing date are written to the PCA of the DUT (device under test).   ​

Operational Features  

1. 1. Automated data collection with operator acknowledged functional checks.​
   2. Step-by-step GUI (Graphical User Interface) guidance through the test procedure.​
   3. Measurement of critical parameters, including checking the functionality of the unit under test (UUT), PCA, LED, Tube presence sensors, UUT buttons.​

• Simplexity also developed the custom software app and associated test database for remote access of output data.  ​
• Client has two End-of-Line (EOL) test tools located at the manufacturer and one at their R&D facility.

TEST REPORT DATA FROM ASCENCIO DX EOL TESTER

Three end of line testers developed by Simplexity are in the field, two located at the contract manufacturer (CM), and one at the Client R&D site. ​

Upon test completion, results are exported to a CSV file and automatically imported to a client- hosted SQL database. A reports file that is connected to SQL enables real-time review of test results. The data can be pivoted on a variety of parameters to drill down and evaluate trends, and new tables and graphs can be readily added.
