Adam leads the Seattle design center and has worked in product development for consumer and medical devices since 2002. He is experienced leading multi-disciplinary design teams and is focused on finding creative solutions to challenges that leverage the collective strengths of a diverse team. Previously, Adam led a market-focused business vertical in bioprocess engineering, primarily in the field of Cell Therapy, working with clients to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved product quality and reliability through close automation.
